Connect offers complimentary booking support for one skin clinic appointment in Seoul. Our paid concierge programs are Transform for surgical care, Enhance for non-surgical aesthetic care, and Maintain for preventive health, recovery and wellness. Each paid program costs US$750. Independent medical providers deliver all medical care and recommend treatments after consultation.
Connect is for clients who already know which skin clinic they want to visit and need booking support only. It includes one skin clinic booking per person and one booking change, subject to clinic policy and availability. It excludes surgical bookings, personalized recommendations, treatment planning, accompaniment, interpretation, VIP transfers and follow-up support. Our paid concierge programs—Transform, Enhance and Maintain—each cost US$750 and include personalized clinic recommendations, appointment coordination, accompaniment, interpretation and follow-up communication within the agreed scope. Any additional arrangements are confirmed in your quote. Clinic deposits and treatment fees are separate from Charm’s service fees.
Yes. You can contact Charm Concierge in English. Our paid concierge programs include interpretation at clinic appointments within your agreed service scope. Connect provides booking support only and does not include interpretation or accompaniment; please confirm language support with your chosen clinic.
For a paid concierge program, you do not need to have treatments decided. Share your goals, questions and travel dates so we can help you explore clinics and arrange consultations. Your treating clinician assesses suitable treatments. For Connect, share the skin clinic you would like to book; personalized clinic recommendations and treatment planning are not included.
Founder Chae Park visits clinics as a paying client before selecting partners. Firsthand experience of their care and service informs the selection. Recommendations are then tailored to your goals, preferences and schedule.
Personal accompaniment and interpretation at clinic visits are included in paid concierge programs within your agreed service scope. We confirm the arrangements in your personalized quote before booking. Connect does not include accompaniment or interpretation.
Connect is complimentary: Charm charges no booking fee for one skin clinic booking per person. Any clinic deposit and treatment fees are paid directly to the clinic. Transform, Enhance and Maintain each cost US$750 per concierge program, with clinic treatment fees separate. Your personalized quote confirms the paid service scope and any additional arrangements before booking.
Yes. We can arrange luxury airport transfers, cultural experiences, fine dining reservations and private shopping. Availability and any additional costs are confirmed as part of your itinerary.
With a paid concierge program, we help coordinate follow-up questions and communication with your clinic within the agreed service scope. Connect does not include follow-up support. Medical advice and recovery instructions always come from your treating provider.
